Remember there is a press release about FDA BLA acknowledgement letter on 6/8

So maybe FDA is working on its own schedule and the 74 days does not start until 6/1? Remember the 74 days is not a guarantee. Check page 6 from below doc. 90% only not 100%

And there is no mention how long FDA will take for the remaining 10%.
Any doc here can give us the insight on this 74 days thing?
