Please clarify why you did not respond to SEC in timely matter and have their comments been satisfactorily resolved? Per April, May and June letters from SEC made public June 20th.
Maybe this is a Covid-19 staffing issue at the SEC. I can't imagine Generex dropped the ball on something this important. If somehow wires got crossed hopefully the SEC will be understanding given the pandemic.
