It is indeed really confusing. Because I remember a FDA Eule that the BLA is complete If you are able to send additional Data Sets in a Time frame of 30 days.

This would mean 74 days already have passed.
60 when the clock Starts at May 11th.

But at least No RTF Letter after 60 days for Sure now.
