FYI I heard back from Joe on my email I sent during the cc. He responded immediately after the call ended, so it was very timely. It did not answer my question as to why was there no apparent reply to the SEC letters? He just states he thought I was referring to the many S1 letters they received and responded to. He did not know that the SEC made request for information letters public. I guess he did not read the letter too closely on the 5th page (I believe) where it said they would make the letters public if not responded to. So he apologized.
