The suspension lasts 10 trading days. The ticker will be able to trade again a.m. of 7/24 on the gray market. Gray market: no bid/ask available to see. No market makers will market the stock and it is matched trades only. The stock revocation is inevitable. Bill either has to accept the revocation or fight it. If he fights it, it will just delay the revocation. But it will eventually happen no matter what. He has no reason to fight it in my opinion. Stocks suspended due to SEC delinquent filings do not recover. The revocation can actually happen before the suspension is up, too, if Bill tells them to.
I'm very sorry to everyone here. We've just lost all of our money, permanently.
Once the stock registration is revoked, the ticker will end up in your brokerage account as a string of numbers with a -100% next to it. At that time, you can call your brokerage and tell them to remove the worthless security.
It just goes to show you what the U.S. OTC Market is. A vehicle for insider/CEO enrichment while shareholders including me gave up our hard earned money.
TPAC along with 3 other tickers were suspended today due to delinquent financial filings:
TPAC, VCSY, SKYL, CHMD
28 SEC suspensions happened in just the last 8 trading days. The SEC doesn't do this a lot, but every once and a while they go on a rampant rampage targeting delinquent stocks. The current suspension activity is very unusual. There hasn't been a suspension due to delinquent financials since March. But for TPAC, it was just a matter of time.
Once again, very sorry to everyone here.
