He said CEPI is only investing in MRNA and RNA technology. Not sure if we can verify. On the bright side they sent us a very nice letter declining our offer.
As far as the valuation, the same company that did the original valuation is doing this new one. That plus the things we have now vs then, plus new studies is all we have to go on.
He would not give any hint about initial pricing for NGIO shares. At least not that I picked up on. He does not want to "front run" the deal by providing details. Also do not expect as an existing shareholder to be able to buy in early at a discount.
