Another way to think of it is if NEJM will reject a research based on what Stinky posted, why the hell NEJM will let Stinky (and only Stinky) know about the rejection? On one hand NEJM tries to keep everything secret by telling everyone to keep their mouth shut . On the other hand NEJM is telling the world about its secret. Wow it makes a lot of sense.
