I don't think we will see 5 either but the shares outstanding is not that much of an issue... u routinely see other stocks with more shares outstanding go on runs....penny stocks don't really honor those technical as much as big board stocks do... ive seen stocks with 4-5 billion shares outstanding reach multiple pennies.
