The problem is, as it always has been, is that Nadar means well and does some things well, but is totally inexperienced at this juncture, does not seem to have people around him who prep him on how to answer questions effectively, and he still has not learned to manage expectations in connection with what he tells us. He's winging it and we're all hoping for the best with him.

THAT would be an answer that is truthful, positive, and manages expectations better.
