Myself and a few others made some calls through our journo contacts and came to the conclusion that the public statement from a CYDY officer nullified the submissions process. I do NOT believe that it was rejected. My comment has nothing to do with the content of the paper ofc. Another SH, through their own DD, came to same conclusion. I readily admit that I can not say that this collective DD proves anything 100%. But I've done my own queries and leveraged my own contacts to make a strong case. If you have information that disputes this I would love to be proven wrong.
