I suppose we can view this as a swap of Dr. R for Dr. SF. Why is unknown, but if I were to hazard a guess, maybe a conflict of interest raised by Dr. R's employee, BioMotiv? He's still on their website (https://www.biomotiv.com/james-rogers).
