Yesterday, 7-9-2020 the HDC case was finally transferred officially. According to rule 1004. Was transferred to business case division and assigned to Honorable Eric A. Richardson business court 1.
The Business Case Division was first established in 2005 and quickly developed a strong reputation for promptly and efficiently resolving complex commercial disputes. Formerly known as the Fulton County Superior Court Business Case Division, MABCD provides judicial attention, expertise, and administration of certain business cases filed in the superior and state courts of participating metro Atlanta counties. While the Division strives to rule on motions within 30 days of the motion being fully briefed and heard, the average time for resolution in 2018 was,on average approximately 17 days.
