Ok watched it again. Sounded like as of the time of the update, the hospitals hadn't done everything they were supposed to have done. Maybe we get data by end of next week IF hospitals get their shit turned in by Monday. So there is a chance that we may not get m2m results by end of this month (if hospitals drag their feet). SLIM chance but still a chance.

So there, if yer bitchin and moaning cause the results didnt get put out in July, its on you for choosing to remain ignorant to the possibility.

Hospitals' timeliness is outside NP's control. NP should/shouldn't openly express his honest opinion about when things will happen based on others' actions that are outside his control. Cause he'll be damned if he dies and damned if he doesn't.
