A stock at 0.001 or $4 leaves us with same question.
How to trade it ?
With a 0.001 you better trade it, before it goes to no bid
With a $4 stock at least you know its a real co etc

Its all about trading it , take profit .try to buy back lower or if it takes off..you still made $$
