NP created some confusion around the interim analysis. He is now saying the interim analysis HAS been planned for 50% enrollment, 195 patients. He also said today that a “safety analysis” would take place, either at 51 or at 130 (this confused me). Apparently the interim analysis and safety analysis of two different things and serve 2 different purposes. Honestly, NP often makes comments about processes that he doesn’t understand or that he confuses, which causes confusion among investors.
