You did hear that correctly, however it’s possible imo that the BLA filing was only completed on may 11th (after submitting additional FDA requested datasets) instead of april 27th.
If the clock started ticking on may 11th then it may take untill july 24th before we hear from the FDA.
Don’t hope so, but usually we’re not that lucky.
