I agree, Build. The major questions will still be unresolved because Joe won't have a definitive answer either. If they revolve around when is the SEC going to approve this or that, how can he know? And I doubt having Joe call the SEC to push on the process is either legal or productive.

The PR said it all - they are going to introduce the BOD, update AE37 and the vaccine work. Your comment about rough timelines for other corporate actions is spot on - he'll give his best estimate (probably optimistic, but that's Joe) and then we'll wait and see.
