I'll add to what you said...Who knows, there might even be much further delays (a second round) not only with SFOR and its deals due to Covid, but the same with most entities. I know on the business end of the stick for education (colleges and lower level) it is a nightmare for plans and budgeting. Same with small business and many of the large ones too. I hope there aren't anymore delays, but it isn't looking good with Covid ramping upward in most places in the world.
