Keep telling you the float is locked. You saw at each of the price points traded today that there are very few shares available.

The Ask volume on $0.0005 this AM was around 15M, with all the intraday flipping and early sells into the Bid I think around 22M. Most of the trading action has been at $0.0006. Just 100K at $0.0007, but it exposed the Ask. Less than 10M @ $0.0007 moves $BCAP to $0.0008. Volume on the Ask at $0.0008 was around 4M shares.

Don't be surprised to see a larger move up. $30k could take $BCAP to $0.0010 and higher.
