According to Dr.NP last weekend, uplisting sounds like it will happen after a capital raise which is slated to occur after the primary endpoints are announced -- when "shareholder have got the perfect value".

I doubt it will before, although nothing would make me happier given the events of the past couple of days.

I also doubt something like this would be announced in on a paid pump site.
