Orlando, nope was not around today. Was down in cape May looking at a house again. We made an offer however they have countered and we are not sure we love the house enough. I told my wife about the NGIO and GNBT potential with a listing, and she had all smiles. Now she is questioning whether to buy this at all and maybe wait for the $1M bay front house being built...lol.
