At that time, you will be subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act. In addition, we will continue to review your filing until all of our comments have been addressed. If the review process has not been completed before the effectiveness date you should consider withdrawing the Form 10 registration statement to prevent it from becoming effective and, as applicable, file a new Form 10 registration at such time as you are able to respond to any remaining issues or comments.
So it says if the review process is not complete within the initial 60 days, then they should withdraw the form 10 and resubmit. Just because GNBT finally responded about 60 days, the amendment was not there for a review and satisfactory sign off within 60 days. Joe let saying no news is good news when asked about receiving any request for comments. Was he not getting the mail to see the letters? Maybe he contacted the names on the letters and then said to submit an amended Form 10. This needs to be addressed by Joe.
