Thanks Doc if this is the reply to my NGIO valuation question.
The answer is a bit generic.
I suppose the intent of the question was did they consult with an outside independent "business appraiser" ( if that is the correct term in this setting) as opposed to trying to put a number to " goes up hugely" based on Merck partnership and 10 year data. What is the tangible value of each and how is it derived.
