I can't imagine any company continuing to perpetuate untruths. So as far as I'm concerned DECN is moving forward with its products and business plan.
Someone on the other board suggested that the timing of this PR was suspicious in light of yesterday's SEC statement.
I suggest that the PR was issued to assure investors that things are going forward.
