I’m sure the info on the future acquisition by NGIO will raise many Qs. From a general perspective, and assuming Joe isn’t able to give much detailed info on the other company, I would be wondering:
1. Can he tell us the general size of the target and if it has any active products/ order of magnitude of current sales?
2. How will the deal be financed?
3. Is the company private or publicly traded?
