Again, if GNBT Qs being fielded - In addition to the potentially “100s of millions of dollars” which would presumably be accessible to GNBT thru sales of free-trading, NASDAQ-listed NGIO stock, there are currently at least (3) S-1s submitted for GNBT funding:
A). Up to 1,000,000 preferred shares raising $33MM
. $10MM thru issuance of common stock and an additional $12.5MM if warrants are exercised, and
C). ~37.5MM shares of common thru Oasis puts.
What is the overall strategy of this multi-pronged approach? Was part of this simply to prove removal of the Going Concern, and you would prefer to use the other approaches for the actual funding?
Or is this more of a shotgun approach so you can choose the funding approach that appears to be most favorable at any given time?
Do you see a circumstance where you would pull the trigger on all of these funding initiatives at once (or is that, in fact, the plan)?
Does the submittal of so many funding avenues impact the likelihood or timing of their approval?
Please speak to the funding amount you would need in order to fulfill all of the obligations to close pending acquisitions and “start up the machine” and confirm or discuss your previous statements that there would be $250MM in revenues the 12 months following funding.
