Joe has a lot to answer for. This might be why the S-1 has not been put in, because the SEC never got responses back on any of these, then I think the amendment fixed it, I don't know. Maybe the Amendment was to late as well. Who knows.

But there is no excuse, none for Joe, the CEO not to respond to the request from the SEC. He has an obligation to the SEC and he has an obligation to every shareholder to ensure that this company meets their obligations.
