Great advice, Lou! Many questions get answered here, but they don't all come with previews, a bucket of popcorn, and a movie.

I agree 100% and strongly advise investors and even flippers to at least read the first page or two of posts.

If their intentions are good and their questions are legitimate, the answers are most likely already on the board, to the best of our knowledge and opinion.

While it's good to repeat some answers over the course of several days/weeks, it's hard to stay in touch with the board 24/7 just to answer the same questions multiple times a day.
