Did I misinterpret the 8K filing regarding the Oasis funding. I recall reading they had 15 days to get ALL PAPERWORK DONE & S1 FILED.......

Can anyone want to verify that info....don't want another MISSED DATE n lose that FUNDING.....

I MAY be mistaken in what I read....think it is on image 99 or something...but it did state 15 days....

I will be alot happier to be WRONG.....than worrying about TICK TOCK TICK TOCK
