I don't think that S-1 was ever approved... so I don't think that's what is happening.
As far as those trades go, even though they seem like big trades, only one of them is over $20k. When/if we finally start to attract some real money, I would expect to see the 6-digit share trades (and even 6-figure $ trades!) going through again.
