New here, doing DD, amazed at the apparent potential of the constellation of medical services/products...mikey, one line of yours begs the question in my mind:

"Doc will surely have a great part in fixing this broken medical system yet again imo."

Is there somewhere that I've missed so far where Dr. D. discusses the *why* of building this international conglomerate? What is his mission, as it were? Is it an economy of scale? A chance to make services available to underserved groups? What specific gap or brokenness does he see in what I affectionately call the "illness exploitation industry" that he can fill or fix?

And now that the Medicare/medicaid approvals are in, is there anything stopping him from flipping the 'on' switch? Is it just a decision to uplist first?
