Call me crazy but I think I will go with Mikey on this one.
Doc has been updating paperwork and bringing all of this together with his lawyers for a LONG time.
Why the hell would he wait until the end to do the paperwork? lol
Filings have to hit before we uplist so don't think we will go weeks more without learning some good stuff.
