Wouldn't it be a great PR picture if they showed Joe holding one of those big cardboard checks like at the end of a golf tournament?
Could he cash it using a photo app on his cell phone? Damn sure an ATM wouldn't take it...
I wish everybody here would chill and just take a deep breath. Either the funding will come, or it won't. Joe knows how critical time is; if he's holding back the S1, there is a reason for that. We know he can't control the SEC on the GNBT funding S1, nor can he control the BARDA or CEPI process. So while we are all hoping this goes more quickly, barking about how slow the process is doesn't help and probably just adds an additional level of stress. Goodness knows, we really don't need anymore stress right now.
