I am also a disciplined investor, my pharm and biotech stocks are up 30-40%, but not in a few months except for biomarin and merck. The massive fluctuations are due to behavioral economics. not fundamentals (which can not be performed at this point). But I also believe in the efficient market hypothesis, once it is uplisted we are going see a move. If initial fundamentals look good i.e. EBIT, PE, ROA etc. We will see analytics ( BOA, Morning star , CFRA) which will also drive stock price up

I had to talk my advisor into the purchase, it had to go to their office in Manhattan they had a ban on purchase penny stocks and OTC in order to protect their investors.

I am in for the long haul, the taxes, for long and short term gains will be wiped out over 30% if the profits I think of this investment to my Apple holding.
