For now at least I'd rather just keep the one board - not create a 2nd board for NGIO. In time it might make sense to separarate them.
As to 2 companies having just 1 CEO, if the idea is that NGIO might be acquired in the not too distant future, then having Joe at the helm of both makes sense. Otherwise Joe might step down eventually and an NGIO CEO appointed.
