And here we have the problem with the re-sellers business model and share price.
If, for example, IDentityUSA or EndpointLock is using our software, StrikeForce is not getting any credit or publicity as a result of their success so no one knows to buy this stock. Even if it's selling like gangbusters under the label of another company.
Also, if revenues pick up as a result of brisk sales through one of the channel partners, there's no way to determine, on the basis of a quarterly statement, whether that income is one time or will be recurring. So, investors won't know what to make of the situation, since there's basically no way to track sales.
For examples, when you buy TraderJoes brand wine, what winery is making it? Or ShopRite coffee or Costco gas. These NDAs are killing us because we can't capitalize, literally, on the back of successfully sold, rebranded, StrikeForce software.
