IMO, if leronlimab is approved for COVID, there will be a national and international plan implemented to produce more of the drug. There is an effort to do this for remdesevir. NP has arranged enough doses to not go overboard if approval doesn’t happen, but enough doses to cover the immediate need in the U.S. while production elsewhere is ramped up.
