BB, I don't post often, but this is easy. I don't know biopharm the way I know people...
The answer depends upon the perspective. We longs have the correct, the moral, the ethical answer. But there are those who will push the solution (drug) that makes the most cash. Now, the question is "who makes the decision?" GLTA
