I am not aware of any very promising therapies that have a substantial head start. Those that did seem to have fallen by the wayside or been demonstrated as marginally effective( dexamethasone, remdesevir )

I cannot imagine how leronlimab, if proven as we believe, would not immediately supplant other therapies.
