Well, I cannot compete with bible verses, but tongue-tied doesn't necessarily mean unclear, it just means possibly at a loss for words. Doesn't mean someone was misled or confusing. Nadar isn't tongue-tied, he's actually UNCLEAR and confusing a great deal of the time.
