Last year when I proposed a price of $35k and NP later said the price would most likely be $35k rather than $120k was most likely because he wants leronlimab to help as many people as possible. A proposal that justified a lower price tag just needed to be expounded.

I think his uneasiness is because he's torn between his fiduciary duty to shareholders and helping humanity.
