In my mind the publication or submission of a paper will have no impact on when results are released.
I agree that he will time the interim analysis 51 < N < 120 based on some advanced notice of the approximate date of completion of m2m analysis.
I'd expect that the PR comes and says that the results have been sent to FDA already or will be within some very small number of days.
My prediction is that we will get results between 7/17-7/24.
