I had email exchange with NP which was referenced here by c.diddy.
NP has said that he will not withhold the results of m2m from the public in order to wait for s/c to complete.
So if s/c will come out the same time as m2m it will be on m2m's timeline and m2m will be released to the public as soon as available because it is material news.
