Operating such a business is different from manufacturing commercial products with lower CAPEX and OPEX, and less risk. QMC purchased the Capstan Platform last August, and developed it into Quantum Ledger DLT, making it's inventor, Jay Williams, QMC CTO. From there they have developed anticounterfeiting and QDX HealthID software using Hyperledger Sawtooth, DAML and Sextant.
