PPSI is a subsidiary of Univec corporation and has been a subsidiary for many years. PPSI is privately run and non-reporting, but it is fully owned by Univec.

Furthermore, when I google the PPSI address, I see a building about one third the square footage of the large corporation just across the highway. The corporation just across the highway is a 21 Billion dollar company called Rite Aid. Then, when I switch to a street view, I find the building is actually four stories high --- this is no small operation by any means. About a year and a half ago, I called Dalton to ask about a medication problem, and a staff member answered. The gentleman transferred me to Dalton who was in his own lab at this location (a very large and fully appointed lab according to Dalton). Dalton told me he was finishing up a batch of medication, but would call me back when he returned to his office.
When Dalton returned my call, he was in a conference room with seven or eight other people, and his entire staff worked to answer my questions. I found that Dalton has a very large executive office within the PPSI building, and Dalton informed me that this was just one of his offices (another office is located in Maryland, and at this office he personally answered the phone when I called).
