My understanding about the "quiet " has to pertain to Genie since that is the entity that applied for the Barda/Cepi etc.....so they could only talk if all funding options are denied.

Since the NU NU is now a so-called stand alone company they probably only communicate on progress since the acceptance of registration formalities....so since the PR was titled as the "INAUGURAL" CC I personally only see it as a "NEW MARKETING" CC about.....hopes....visions....&.....dreams.....since for me all I need to do is read past prs for past PROMISES...

As someone previously posted that the financing will be able to close some previous acquisitions that were never properly closed....

Joe has done a job he promised to the investors so far...but IMO trying to be CEO of the two entities.....one will suffer....ASSUMING that funding will happen just because of an uplisting I find a little funny because TRUE INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS have to be prudent for the firms they represent and investors that invest with them
