It either doesn't work, can't be counted or the FDA is being influenced by lobbyist. If it truly doesn't warrant EUA, Mr Berman has to know that. To keep pushing for authorization has got to ruffle some big feathers. If they can direct government, they can destroy him. I believe he knows he has something special, otherwise the risk he is taking wouldn't make sense. For that reason I didn't take my profits when I could. Only time will tell.
