“I think Dr.BP knows exactly which patients are in the leronlimab arm and which are in the placebo arm. Multiple sources experienced with clinical trials have suggested that each patient is issued a static ID number for all lab tests.”
According to clinicaltrials.gov, the severe trial does not include lab tests , such as cytokines and the occupancy test, as one of the evaluated outcomes. There are a few labs as part of the SOFA score, but those labs would be drawn at the hospital and do not need to be sent to Dr. BP’s lab.

The lab tests you’re referring to, which are evaluated by Dr. BP’s lab, were part of the initial EINDs and are an “other outcome measure” of the mild to moderate trial.

In conclusion, I don’t see any evidence on clinical trial.gov to support the idea that Dr. BP knows how the deaths are distributed between the placebo and control arm in the severe trial. Additionally, I don’t recall NP or Dr. BP stating that Dr. BP’s lab is seeing lab results from the critical trial.
