However Joe’s answer has been that you can’t ask them any questions and just have to wait to hear from them. So are we still in the running or has BARDA just been too busy to tell us no, and Joe has not followed up with them to find out? I’m not saying that has happened, just saying Joe has said many times with the SEC and FINRA that he just has to wait to hear and respond to comments.
