Looks like they clarified requirements for probable cause of death. Main cause still requires a positive test result.
The probable cause requires symptoms and confirm contact with a positive case.
This is probably a good method if testing is not available. From what I’m seeing from friends and coworkers, testing still isn’t readily available. Some having to travel to other cities just to get tested when they’ve been found to be in contact with someone with positive test diagnosis.
